Word Relax is a zen-themed connect-the-letters puzzle by Dream Word Games for iOS and Android. Each level hands you a wheel of letter tiles and a crossword-style grid: swipe to connect adjacent letters and fill every slot. There is no timer, and each board is set against a scenic world-destination backdrop. Every level’s tiles come from one anchor word: answers top out at 7 letters, and 1,113 distinct 7-letter words anchor the game’s widest boards — CONVICT at Level 510 is one of them.

Difficulty climbs steadily rather than in jumps. The easiest boards ask for just 2 words; the densest, Level 483, asks for 20. You can see the whole curve in the difficulty breakdown below, jump straight to a number with the level jumper, or browse by block in the Level Browser.

How to play

How do you play Word Relax?

Three moves take you from a wheel of loose letters to a filled grid.

01

Read the wheel

Every tile you need comes from one anchor word. Count the letters first — a 7-letter wheel like Level 510’s means a 7-letter answer is hiding in there somewhere.

02

Swipe the short words

Clear the three- and four-letter slots first. They share letters with the longer answers, so each one you place narrows what the remaining slots can possibly be.

03

Bank the bonus words

Any valid word your tiles can spell scores even when the grid does not ask for it. Bonus words refill hints faster than hoarding them, and cost nothing to try.

Tips for tricky Word Relax levels

Five habits that shave time off the harder boards.

1

Find the anchor word first. Every Word Relax level is built from the letters of its single longest answer — we checked this against all 3,300 levels and it holds every time. Spell the long one and every shorter slot is just a rearrangement of letters you already have.

2

Work the vowels. Most boards run on two or three vowels. Locate them on the wheel before you start swiping and the consonant clusters resolve much faster.

3

Expect the ramp, not a wall. Early levels average 10.7 words; by the final quarter that rises to 12. If a level suddenly feels hard, check the difficulty bands — you have probably just crossed into a denser stretch.

4

Try plurals and tenses. A huge share of Word Relax slots are an existing answer plus S, ED or ING. If you are one word short, add an ending to a word already on the grid.

5

Stuck? Read the list. Jump straight to your number with the level jumper or open its block in the Level Browser — every level page shows the tiles and the full verified word list.

How we verify every answer

Every Word Relax answer here is rebuilt from source data and re-checked nightly. Each level’s word list is validated before it publishes: we confirm every word is alphabetic, of plausible length, free of duplicates, and — uniquely for this game — that every word can actually be spelled from the letters of that level’s anchor word. All 3,300 levels currently pass that check. A nightly sweep also probes for newly released levels, so the archive grows with the game.

Pro tips

3 Tips for Word Relax

01

The wheel is the whole puzzle

Every answer on a board is built from the letters on the wheel and nothing else. Counting the tiles before you swipe rules out most of what comes to mind first, and it is faster than trying words and being rejected.

02

Longest word first, every board

The long answers consume the awkward tiles and leave a wheel that spells the short ones out for you. Starting long is consistently quicker than sweeping for three-letter words.

03

Play a block in order

Difficulty rises gradually rather than in jumps, so consecutive levels reuse tile patterns. Working straight through a block of a hundred is measurably faster than dipping in at random.

How to play

How to Solve a Word Relax Level

Three habits that clear a Word Relax wheel quickly.

STEP 01

Count the wheel before you swipe

Every answer is built from the tiles on the wheel and nothing else, so the tile count caps what is possible before you have tried a single word. A repeated vowel or a rare consonant narrows the list further.

STEP 02

Place the longest answer first

The long words consume the awkward tiles and leave a wheel that spells the short ones out for you. Starting long is consistently faster than sweeping for three-letter words.

STEP 03

Work the block, not single levels

Word Relax raises difficulty gradually rather than in jumps, so consecutive levels reuse tile patterns. Playing a block in order is noticeably quicker than dipping in at random.
